KfW promotes climate-friendly new construction again

There is good news for our buyers. Our customers benefit from interesting conditions for the purchase of our KfW 40 efficiency houses. An amount of up to € 100,000 is eligible for funding at a current interest rate of between 0.12 % and 1.32 %, depending on the term.
