‘K-Spot’ QNG for tax advantages

The K-Spot project meets the requirements of the Sustainable Building Quality Seal (QNG) and thus offers purchasers considerable tax advantages. QNG certification enables special depreciation to be claimed in accordance with Section 7b of the Income Tax Act (EStG), which can be used in addition to straight-line depreciation.
