Our project in Kerpen Neu-Manheim is growing. The topping out ceremony has already been duly celebrated. The roof is sealed, another milestone in our construction process. The pipework installation is finished and currently the interior plastering and drywalling are being done. Our project management team is working daily on site to ensure that our project progresses to the usual high-quality Via-Intelli standard. Internally, our staff also strives to keep our customers satisfied at all times. Materials, bathroom items and tiles have already been selected in our sampling appointments by our customers, of course, as always without extra charges. Only the parquet upgrade from a solid wood parquet (included in the price ) to a plank parquet is associated with a small surcharge.
