Completion of the 3x3 project in Bergheim

It is with great pleasure that we present our successfully completed new-build project, 3X3, in Bergheim. Nine modern detached houses have been built in an attractive location on the edge of the forest, combining contemporary architecture, a high standard of living and sustainable construction methods.

The houses impress with their clean, modern design, well-thought-out floor plans and high-quality, carefully selected fittings. Spacious living areas and the immediate proximity to nature create a special sense of well-being and make this project an ideal home for families. A particular focus in this project was also on sustainable and energy-efficient construction. The houses were built to the KfW 40 standard, thereby combining modern living comfort with a forward-looking energy concept.

Following successful completion, we are now delighted to be able to hand over the nine detached houses to their new owners. We would like to thank our buyers for the trust they have placed in us and wish them much happiness and many wonderful years in their new homes.
