Our customers have moved in and are now setting up their new move-in ready homes. The term “ready to move in” lives up to its name and this high standard runs through the entire project. Even the bathrooms, for example, are designed in such a way that our customers receive a custom-made and illuminated mirror, and all bathroom accessories are installed ready to use. LED spotlights are not a special request, but a matter of course. This also applies to the electrical equipment: our customers receive a large number of switches and sockets as well as a LAN connection in every room. We are pleased that our project was handed over as usual, on time, in the proven Via-Intelli quality, despite the shortage of raw materials and various bottlenecks.
