Ground-breaking ceremony - Exclusive ‘dreiXdrei’ detached houses

The ground-breaking ceremony for our exclusive ‘dreiXdrei’ single-family home project has taken place. With a focus on sustainability and an energy efficiency standard of KFW 40, nine detached houses are being built in a wooded area close to the city centre.

The high demand shows how well the first-class detached houses are being received; only a few are still available.
