Start of construction on ‘cube’

The plans are now becoming a visible reality. The site has been set up and work has begun on schedule. We are currently laying the ground slab – a key milestone that forms the foundation for further construction progress.

With “cube”, we will be constructing two innovative residential buildings over the coming months, which stand out for their energy-efficient construction and clear, modern architecture. The focus is on quality, sustainability and a well-thought-out overall concept.
