Concept

Via-Intelli® presents the new K-Spot development – 27 ready-to-move-in apartments with living spaces ranging from 29 to 47 square metres in an excellent micro-location, at a fixed price and with no estate agent commission.
K-Spot is a modern, five-storey apartment building being constructed in the heart of a mature Gründerzeit district in Cologne-Kalk. The energy-efficient building is being constructed in accordance with the KfW 40 standard with QNG certification. Modern building technology with a heat pump and photovoltaic system ensures low operating costs and creates the conditions for low-interest KfW promotional loans and lucrative special tax depreciation of 5 per cent per annum for the first four years, plus up to 5 per cent depreciation on the investment costs.
